1941 - 2017

Michael Edward Sheridan, 76, passed away on Dec. 26, 2017, in Alamo Texas. He was born in Ottumwa, Iowa, June, 5, 1941, to the parents of Charles (Bud) and Madge Sheridan who proceeded him in death.

Surviving is his wife Paula Sheridan of Pekin; one daughter Jennifer Summers (Sheridan) of Mt. Sterling, Ky.; one son Patrick Sheridan of Washington; two stepsons Rodney Lynxwiler of Morton, Jeff Lynxwiler (Angie) of Urbana Ohio; seven grandchildren; and one sister, Suzanne Derby of Otumwa, Iowa.

Michael spent 43 years working for the railroad where he retired from the Chicago Northwestern/ Union Pacific in 2002. He was also involved with Boy Scouts where he received his Eagle Scout award. No memorial services are planned.
