Judith (Bankson) Frueh, 69, Ottumwa

OTTUMWA — Judith Kay Frueh, 69, of Ottumwa, died Wednesday, June 23,
2010, at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center.
Judy was born Jan. 7, 1941, in Ottumwa to
Robert and Elaine Pickens Bankson. She married Robert Frueh Aug. 3,
1993, in Las Vegas, Nev.
Judy was a member of the Ottumwa Baptist Temple as well as Soap Creek
Rebels. She was a hair dresser and own Belles & Beaux Beautician
Shop. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandkids
and was an avid bowler.
She is survived by five sons, Howard Bankson, Dan Hoover, Rob Hoover,
Jim Hoover and Vance Frueh and one daughter, Lora Frueh. Also surviving
are 12 grandchildren, Joe Bankson, Brett Bankson, Brandon Hoover, Jesse
Hoover, Austin Hoover, Allison Hoover, Whitnee Hoover, Courtney Hoover,
Shantel Hoover, Jeremy Frueh, Levi Frueh and Bryce Frueh. Four
great-grandchildren, Mariah Frueh, Tate Frueh, Emary Hoover and Joey
Bankson; and one sister, Connie Hopkins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, Kevin, and a
brother, David Bankson.
Memorial services will be held Sunday, June 27, at 3 p.m. at the Shrine
of Memories Funeral Home with the Rev. Randy Miller officiating.
A luncheon will be served from 11-2 p.m. Sunday at the U.F.C.W. Hall,
located at 1305 E. Mary St. in Ottumwa.
Memorials may be made to the family for the grandchildren’s education.
The family requests no flowers.
